Carlos Niezen brings over 30 years of strategic, financial, and technology leadership experience, delivering results for corporate clients, private equity firms and family businesses in Latin America and the U.S. Carlos is the CEO of GTV GloboKasNet, a Nuveen and Maj Invest portfolio company, and serves on the board of Alignet. Previously, he was Head of Corporate Development and Strategy at Credicorp, Managing Director Private Equity and M&A at Accenture, Partner at Bain & Co., and Partner at Kearney. Carlos advises and leads organizations in developing and implementing growth strategies, transformation initiatives, and mergers and acquisitions.

Carlos holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a MSc in Technology Management from Columbia University, and a BS in Economics from Universidad del Pacifico. He has published the book “Mentalidad Estratégica” and several articles in Harvard Business Review, MIT Journal and LSE Journal.
